All orders shall be made through our Sole Distributors as per below:

What size suits me?

Each and every one of our product is unique and special.The sizes are usually stated on the product’s individual page. However, If you are unsure of which size suits you best, we have a special Sales Team that is well prepared to offer free consultations on procust measurements, sizing, tips & etc to every customers, via “Start Chat” on the bottom right of the website.

COD, Shipping & Delivery

Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei

1. Cash On Delivery (COD) is available in Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei upon request by the customer, via our agents only.

2. No extra charges implied for COD, unless agreed upon, beforehand.

3. Shipping via Air Mail is also available as an alternative to those in Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei. We offer Free Shipping for any purchase of RM100 and above, and a flat rate of RM5.00/SGD3.80/BND3.00 for purchases of RM99 or less.

4. Shipping via Air Mail will take around 1 to 3 working days.

Rest of the world

We ship worldwide. The shipping cost starts from:

Standard shipping, with tracking number: RM100 and above

Poslaju Express shipping: RM200 and above

Returns & Refunds

All of our products are intimate wear, so we are unable to accept any product returns, by any means. However, we, at Undeez, strongly believe that a good pre-sale consultation will always result in a happy customer.
